To provide you with a seamless language learning experience across your devices, we collect the following limited information:

• Account Information: We collect your email address when you register for an account.
• Usage, Progress, and Preferences: We track your learning progress, completed documents, language selections, and app settings so you can pick up exactly where you left off on any signed-in device.

Note on Purchases: All Lexiflo Pro subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card or payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve Lexiflo. Specifically, we use it to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Sync your learning progress across your devices.
• Analyze learning progress and language selection to better understand our users and improve the app's curriculum and features.
• Generate aggregated, anonymized public reports about language learning trends. These reports look at high-level data (e.g., most popular languages) and will never contain your personal email or identify you individually.
• Provide customer support.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We firmly believe your data is yours. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with trusted cloud infrastructure providers strictly for the purpose of hosting your account and progress data securely.

4. Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated progress data at any time directly within the Lexiflo app via the Settings menu, or by emailing us.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
