1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Lexiflo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts

To use cross-device syncing, you must register an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Lexiflo Pro Subscriptions

Lexiflo offers a "Pro" subscription that unlocks unlimited access to the language document library and premium audio features. By choosing to subscribe, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the active subscription price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: Because all transactions are processed by Apple, Lexiflo cannot directly issue refunds. All refunds must be requested through Apple.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum, interface design, and audio materials within Lexiflo are the property of Lexiflo and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without prior consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lexiflo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any interruptions in service, data loss, or other damages arising from your use of the application.
